I am beyond HaPpY with Lawn Doctor and recommend them for services! Affordable pricing with great results! I like that i can pay as i go ( meaning i pay each time service is provided instead of a large lump some at the start). I didn't think anything was going to help my bald lawn, it was basically just a billion ant hills of dirt. I still have the ant hills ( we will work on those next) but for the 1st time in 4 years, i have grass! I really was skeptical but with Lawn Doctor power seeding and lots of water.... You can see for yourself (pictures)! Early on, i did have a payment issue that brad was very prompt and courteous to rectify. I think it was just a miss communication on both sides! I will continue to use lawn doctor for all my lawn needs💕😁 and you should give them a try! ~ Caroline S

Landscape and hydroseeding were completed at my new residence in mid-June (2021). The grass had not fully germinated when West Michigan encountered several strong Spring rains. This caused some washout whereby I looked to Lawn Doctor. I had originally purchased pest control and am thankful for the team’s willingness to move those funds to power seeding. Following my initial fertilizer application and power seeding, the grade of the soil was returned to as expected. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they accomplished and am confident my new yard will continue to come in perfectly. Thank you Lawn Doctor! ~ Jeffrey N

We are very pleased with the Lawn Doctor's work. Good, knowledgeable service - and our lawn looks better now than it ever has in the past. Their pricing is excellent. They are patient when a bill is forgotten. :) They take care to miss our koi pond with the fertilizer applications, respecting our request on that. We also appreciate the fact that they offer discounts for pre-payment. When we are able to afford it all at once, we will take advantage of that option as well! Best thing is that Randy, the owner, is very service oriented. A decent, honest company - worth supporting! ~ Karen D

Lawn Dr. has provided my lawn with their service for the past 2 years. The first year they started my lawn was in terrible shape....full of crab grass and weeds. My lawn is looking so much better! I knew it would take time for my lawn to get healthy again after several years of neglect during my late husband's illness and his passing. Lawn Dr. only makes necessary suggestions and they don't try to upsell you. I really like and trust their opinions and the personal care they give. They are a great company! ~ Victoria V

I moved into my house last year and the previous owners left the lawn in horrible condition with weeds growing everywhere. i tried to repair the lawn on my own but it didn't work. Lawn Doctor came in and within a month the lawn looked much better and now a year later it's in perfect condition. trying to repair the lawn on my own costs about the same, so there's no reason not to use this company. Fantastic customer service as well. I even convinced my neighbor to use them because he was so jealous of my lawn! highly recommend. ~ Graham M

So I don't do these reviews much but I will for this company. I have used them for 2 years and the results have been great. I should mentioned that I worked at Weed Man a few years back in their Sales Department part time . Weed Man boast of their product and results. Well I can tell you that the results I have had from Lawn Doctor compared to Weed Man are the same if not better for a lot less cost. I was not paid to say this or reimbursed in any way. So do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from these guys, ~ Danny H

Randy came out personally and looked at my yard. Gave me several suggestions that I could do to help my lawn and clearly laid out several different lawn care proposals to help me achieve better results with their help. This was a team effort. I had to do my part and they did theirs. Taking Randy’s advice, trusting he knew what was best for my lawn, doing my part, and working together, my lawn went from thin and week to thick and lush. So we were shopping around for a complete redo out our front lawn and saw that they had reasonable rates, and also gave a military discount. They have been very responsive and helpful with answering questions, and got us on the books quickly. So far we have just had the kill off done and are now waiting for the seeding. I doubt there will be any issues, but I’ll update the review if there are. So far, great customer service, great actual service, and quick to work. ~ Jake K

Randy and his team have been servicing our 3.5 acre home site for a little over a year now. While no service is perfect, Randy and his team do a great job of designing and executing a program that delivers great results. Whenever we had a few issues, Randy always answered our calls and would often come by himself to examine the issue and make sure it was taken care. LawnDr let's you know when they are coming which means you could cut the grass beforehand (or not), or turn off sprinklers so that they are in and out efficiently. And besides sending an email about findings, they put the same on your front door knobs. Our neighbors have commented on how our yard looks and three of our yards are treated on the same day! ~ Bruce O

Another great job by the Lawn Doctor crew. Usually, I get a text the day before my service, which lets me move my 70-foot batting cage off the grass. When I saw the sign in the yard, I initially thought they'd need to come back to treat inside the cage. However, that wasn't necessary because Donovan went inside and treated it, as shown by the tire tracks. ~ Dusty D

When I called to sign up for their lawn service I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me to add extra services like my old lawn care service always did. Lawn Doctor has been out twice already. My backyard took a bit of a beating with all the snow and 2 dogs, but know it will recover quickly with their help. He explained the process and answered every question I had before proceeding, and was careful to avoid our pop-up irrigation sprinklers with his equipment. Fast communication, reliable, TRUSTWORTHY! Asked about a repeat service from the previous year that works have cost me about $1000 and they gave me an honest assessment of my yard and said I didn’t need it this year but we could reevaluate next season. They provide excellent lawn fertilization at a reasonable price. They’re friendly, easy to work with, and have very fast and responsive customer service. I had a new lawn put in and it only took 40% with a different company. I called Lawn Doctor and Randy and I came up with a plan for my lawn to reseed where it was needed and then a maintenance program for the rest of the year. The lawn has turned out great. The take rate was nearly 95% with the reseeding they did. ~ Mike B

After years of using Chemlawn, our beautiful, plush lawn ended up patchy and full of moss. We started with lawn doctor about a year ago. Last summer we could see some improvement but this year we've been really impressed by the thickness and color improvement. I would recommend Lawn Doctor a million times over Chemlawn. ~ Betsey A
